Welcome! We’re Izac and Alex Sheforgen, the locally owned and operated team behind our rental communities in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Since purchasing our first property in 2020, we’ve been committed to providing clean, updated, and well-maintained homes where our residents are proud to live. We believe renting should feel personal, and we strive to make every property feel like home.

Unlike large property management companies, you’ll work directly with us. We own every property we manage, so when you have a question or maintenance concern, you’re communicating with the owners who genuinely care about our residents and our buildings. We take pride in responding to maintenance requests within 24 hours because we know your home is important.

Our goal is simple: provide quality housing, treat every resident with respect, and maintain properties we’d be proud to live in ourselves. We’re continually investing in updates and improvements to create comfortable, attractive homes throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota.
